Tancredo – Quinnipiac Ukraine Poll Outs Democrat Cowards

I hate being almost right…

On March 4, I wrote a column titled “How Many Americans Would Defend America from Invasion with the Patriotic Passion of Ukrainians?”

I should have written about which Americans would defend America from invasion with the patriotic passion of Ukrainians – because that is indeed the more fundamental question that a new Quinnipiac poll just answered:

Most Republicans and Independents would fight; most Democrats would run away.

Not an unexpected result, of course: Most Democrats are bullies and most bullies are cowards, so the poll results are consistent. Here are the details:

In my March 4 column, I wrote about the fact that there has never been a serious threat of invasion because of our potent military forces (two big oceans have also helped) – and that this fact led me to wonder how many Americans would fight like the Ukrainians are fighting to defend our homeland against an invader. I also wondered about which America they would fight for: the America of the Pledge of Allegiance, “One nation under God, with liberty and justice for all”; or Obama’s “Transformative” America, where even religious liberty and the rule of law have been rewritten to advance socialism and the New World Order?

I concluded the column by asserting that if you tell me which America we are fighting for, I will tell you who will fight to defend it. Turns out that, for most Democrats, it doesn’t matter: They won’t fight for America at all; they will run like the cowards they are.

Again, this is not an unexpected result given the pervasive bully-coward mindset of most Democrats, going back years.

There were some other results in the poll that were unexpected, along with some that are pretty much par for the course:

1. Overall, men were more likely to stay and fight and women were more likely to runaway (70-40 and 24-52, respectively);
2. 18-34-year-old Americans are only 7 percent less likely to run away than Democrats or even women (45 percent to 52 percent, respectively);
3. White men were the most likely to stay and fight (75 percent);
4. Black men were the most likely to run away (59 percent – 7 percent higher than Democrats and a whopping 12 percent more than white women);
5. Hispanic men were more likely than any group except white men to stay and fight (61 percent).

I can’t help but think that women, who by a significant margin would run rather than fight, are protecting their children ahead of fighting for their country. This is understandable, especially with the barrage of war porn being broadcast morning, noon, and night. I won’t speculate about the fight versus flight differential between the three races polled, but I do have a thought about the 18-34-year-old demographic:

It does seem that the communist NEA and our equally communist reeducation camps – excuse me, “institutions of higher learning,” have in fact succeeded in turning the most recent two generations of Americans into bullies who constantly cancel anyone and anything they don’t like, and into cowards who hate their country so much that they would run away from it instead of fight for it.

This poll supports what we already knew from our own observations and experience: Democrats and almost half of our youngest two generations value America so little they would not only not raise a hand to defend her, they would run away and hide like the cowards they have so many times proven to be.

Cowards and bullies. This is who they are.
