New York City, NY — The New York Times published the name and photo of a Hamas terrorist as a Palestinian “child” killed in Gaza.
The obviously anti-Israel hit-piece featured children killed in Gaza during the most recent Israel-Palestine conflict. This, of course, made the front page.
Khaled al-Qanou, the 17-year-old in question, was claimed as a member of the Hamas terrorist organization. The New York Times eventually admitted to their disingenuous reporting but failed to call Hamas a terrorist organization. This is despite the United States, Canada, Israel, Japan, and the European Union officially recognizing the militant group controlling Gaza as terrorists.
This oversight proves just how nasty the rot at the bottom of the mainstream media barrel has become.
A previously credible American paper is unwilling to condemn a member of a United States designated terrorist organization.
It’s grotesque.
What is more grotesque is Hamas flagrantly breaking international law by recruiting a minor to their terrorist organization. This is nothing new, but it is no less disgusting.
In the New York Times follow-up article that reported on al-Qanou’s ties to Hamas, the Times failed to condemn the terrorist organization for their habit of recruiting impressionable minors to their jihadist cause. Instead, the Times’ authors once again painted Israel in a negative light, all but making the claim that Israel forced this young man to fight for the Hamas “militant group” (“militant group” is the phrase used to give cover to terrorist groups when a publication wants to make them look like the good guys).
Garbage journalism like this is clear evidence of the crumbling integrity of the mainstream media. The fact a lazily (if at all) edited article like this ended up on the FRONT PAGE is a disgrace to everyone involved.
The New York Times isn’t worthy of being used for toilet paper.

NYT has a long history of anti-semitism. Just go back to WWII and see how they dodged the Holocaust and basically approved of Hitler and his actions.
It is beyond me that this fish wrap is still something that is read and not used for its intended purpose and that is a fish wrap. As long as there are leftists pieces of crap willing to buy this propaganda arm of evil, then I guess it will never go away.
