After the 2020 elections conventional wisdom was Joe Biden was a fill-in president while Kamala Harris would be the power behind the throne and she would emerge victorious in the 2024 elections. Her actions – or inactions – since taking office tell me the conventional wisdom is completely wrong. I now believe that Kamala Harris was selected as Biden’s running mate because she is possibly the only person who can actually make Biden appear to know what he is doing.
