Washington, D.C. – President Biden’s vaccine mandate is closing in for many Americans who work for the federal government. Whether you are an employee or contractor, the deadline to be fully vaccinated is Nov. 22, 2021, and those who refuse will face termination.
The executive order issued states the only exemptions are those that are legally required. Note the order conveniently hides which exemptions are lawfully required. That said, the month-old spoiler: Legally required exemptions are medical and religious.
So an employee must either have a medically documented reason for not getting the vaccine or document their religious exemption.
If the exemptions are rejected, and employees are not fully vaccinated, the government has proposed swift action to remove federal employees from service: a consultation, 14-day suspension, and then terminated employment.
This is unusual, to say the least, given it is nearly impossible to terminate a Federal employee in the traditional sense.
Countless federal employees with multiple documented cases of poor performance are still gainfully employed and even receive annual bonuses and raises. Some of these scenarios included federal employees who steal or misuse the authority given to them. When addressing these situations, managers are told by human resources, “There’s a process.”
Usually, the process takes months (or longer) to work through, and often it ends in transferring that employee to another federal office to avoid dealing with the issue. But – if by Nov. 22 – you are not fully vaccinated, your crime against the American government is so great that you will be fired before Christmas.
You might ask, “But what about the military?
They’re required to get the shot also, but a key difference between the two government sectors exist. Members of the military are often required to receive unique vaccinations like anthrax, smallpox, COVID, and a host of other immunizations, but the difference is military persons have guaranteed medical care. So there’s the “you break it, you bought it” aspect, where the military is on the hook to care for the individual if they are harmed by medical treatment – such as a vaccine. Not that it makes it right that the military is being forced to get it.
Under the current mandate, those required to vaccinate must hold the government and the pharmaceutical company harmless for any damage that may occur to the individual because of the vaccine.
The day where citizens had the right to choose their health care and their doctor seems to be a thing of the past. Historically getting a vaccine is a risk-based choice for an individual. Now, even if an individual has already survived COVID after a long battle, and has the anti-bodies, they may get fired if they refuse to take the shot.
Unless the vax mandate is lifted quick, it may not just be department stores and Amazon facing shortages for gifts or workers this holiday season.

What about the Federal law that says experimental vaccines can NOT be mandated? ALL the covid vaccines are still considered experimental. Why is no one talking about this?

This is actually a pretty good move by Progressive’s to make sure that only those who are able to be controlled are to be allowed to work for the government. While those in the private sector who may not be as compliant provide the tax dollars to pay for government agencies to exist, those agencies will not be representing the work force that provides their pay. This is just another step toward making the U.S. a Socialist controlled nation. Once the U.S. becomes Socialist, it is a very short step to Communism. It is a shame I will not live long enough to see a Communist U.S. fail the way most other Communist nations have failed.
