Albany, NY — New York Governor Andrew Cuomo finally resigned in disgrace — but it should have happened months ago.
An investigation by New York Attorney General Letitia James found that the 11 women accusing Cuomo of sexual harassment to be credible. This spurred another wave of calls for Cuomo to resign.
“In my mind, I’ve never crossed the line with anyone but I didn’t realize the extent to which the line has been redrawn,” Cuomo said in response to the investigation.
Both Democrats and Republicans have been calling for Cuomo to resign for months over the sexual harassment accusations, as well as Cuomo’s order to send COVID-19 positive patients to nursing homes.
Another investigation by AG James found that Cuomo’s administration deliberately covered up the total number of COVID-19 deaths in nursing homes. The investigation also noted that Cuomo’s order requiring nursing homes to accept COVID-19 positive patients as residents led to unnecessary deaths.
Granny-killer Cuomo should have resigned after that scandal. It’s a wonder his career survived this long, but that is a testament to the power of elite politicians and the protection provided to Cuomo by liberal media outlets.
Back in March, 59 Democrats signed a letter calling on the governor to resign because he “lost the confidence” of the public.
Even President Joe Biden, the creeper in chief himself, said that Cuomo should resign when asked by reporters.
Cuomo is set to leave office on August 24. Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul is next in line to replace Cuomo once his resignation takes effect.

The line that Cuomo refers to has been redrawn by those just like him; elitist fascists who have made every move we make and every word we utter somehow a bad thing.
The evidence against Cuomo must be really intense for him to have resigned. Unless the Democrat Party gets out from under the hateful Progressive control it is currently under, Cuomo could well be a Democrat candidate for the presidency in a few years.

Finally, Americans are waking up to the corruption and evil of many of its Dem “leaders” and to the complete lack of responsibility and ethics adhered to by the liberal mainstream press.
If the harrassment is what got him out good! But the bigger point, in my opinion, is the nursing home murders and he needs to be charged, prosecuted and sent to jail!
