Washington, D.C. — Critical Race Theory, a historically fringe theory, has found new footing recently under the guise of bias/sensitivity training, according to the Chinese American Citizens Alliance Greater New York in a letter they sent out last week.
The theory, which has its roots in activism and not academia, is a varied but radical belief system that race is more important than the individual and the only thing of value in determining character.
It rejects the idea that man should be judged by his actions as an individual and should only be judged by their skin color and as an individual, highlighted in the letter as, “You are not a person. You are only your race, and by your race alone you will be judged.”
Nobody knows this better than Chinese Americans who have seen themselves discriminated against significantly, including this last election cycle when the state of California tried to repeal its Civil Rights Amendment in order to allow the state to discriminate against Asian college applicants – based entirely on their race.
The argument being that Chinese, Japanese and Jewish people are “white” because of their success as a people, with that success only being a product of their “whiteness” and not their individual or cultural accomplishments.
In closing, the Chinese American Citizens Alliance Greater New York encouraged people to fight back, fight back in courts, and to “un-doctrinate” their children from these radical beliefs and assaults in their classrooms.

I applaud this wonderful group…in their protest against the “leftist critical race theory”.
Our U.S. Constitution…provides the concept and…supports the Laws that protect everyone,
of all races, the freedom to attend the colleges of their choices without having the problem
…..of not being an “acceptable ethnicity”. Prejudice against any race, is against the Law.
Having “quotas” for any specific group, ethnicity or gender…should also be against the Law,
if it isn’t already. Barring anyone of a specific group, ethnicity or gender…violates U.S. Law.
Do these people think they can come to America and but in line to enter our colleges. Does anyone think an American could go to china and be selected as a student to their state owned universities ahead of a chinese citizen. I doubt an American would be considered as an applicant.
