El Paso, TX — Vice President Kamala Harris claimed that visiting the border was “always the plan” after touching down in El Paso, Texas.
Harris is visited the border with Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL). It has been 93 days since President Joe Biden tapped Harris to handle the border crisis his policies created.
“I’m glad to be here. This was always the plan to come here. And I think we’ll have a good and productive day,” Harris said.
Harris only planned her visit to the border after former President Donald Trump announced his own visit that is scheduled for Monday. Trump released a statement regarding Harris’ decision to finally visit the border, saying that Harris would never have visited the border if he did not schedule his own visit.
Harris laughed off questions about when she would visit the border for months, showing little concern for the crisis Biden’s border policies created.
Border crossings rose to a 15-year record high in March with over 170,000 border crossings. That record was broken in May with over 180,000 border crossings.
There is an undeniable humanitarian crisis at the southern border, yet Harris has done little to nothing to stem the flow of migrants in her 93 days as Border Czar.
Instead of visiting the U.S.-Mexico border, Harris visited Guatemala in early June to tell migrants not to come to the U.S. The whole trip was a PR nightmare for the vice president.
Upon landing, Harris was met with signs that read “go home” and “Kamala, Mind Your Own Business.”
On top of the public roasting by the people of Guatemala, the president of the country blamed Biden’s policy changes for causing the migrant surge.
Perhaps it is time for Biden to step in, because it is clear Harris’ strategy to stem the massive surge of illegal migration is not making a difference.

Dear Democrat’s: We know the 2020 election was rigged, that’s a no-brained. Whoever signed off on Biden / Harris needs to have their head examined because neither one of them seem to have a hint of a clue as to what their jobs entail. Biden has had cognitive issues going back to 2018 and he is now much worse. Since he assumed office gas, food, building supplies, household goods, etc have skyrocketed. He can’t give enough printed $$ away. Harris & the border ? I am looking forward to the day when she stops rudely cackling, answers questions without insulting the audience and gets a clue as to how to do her job. People will NEVER forget these two as being the all time worst prez & vp ever AND the Dem’s are at fault for this disaster. If these two were the best you had to offer, perhaps your party needs to be retired until you are able to form a decent group ?
And now, with Biden becoming the journalist whisperer, we have to worry that this incompetent politician could become president. We actually have to root for Biden to make it through his entire term just so we won’t have Harris become president. Ironically, this was why Obama picked Biden to be his VP; he knew no one in their right mind would ever want Biden to be president.
Remember, when you impeach Biden, Harris will be king of the hill.
