Seattle, WA — Amazon is selling “Blue Lives Murder” merchandise in apparent disregard to the violent rhetoric the phrase directs towards police officers.
The New York Post recently reported on a letter sent to Amazon by the Detectives’ Endowment Association demanding Amazon remove the products because they incite “hatred and violence” against police officers working to protect their communities.
In its letter, the DEA demanded that Amazon “immediately” take down items with the “Blue Lives Murder” slogan because the phrase’s “only purpose is to invite further division, hatred and violence toward the hard-working men and women of the nation’s Police Departments, who are toiling every day to keep their communities safe.”

“To continue to hawk products emblazoned with this vile phrase puts the lives of Police Officers, and all law enforcement nationwide, at peril and risk,” the letter said.
According to Amazon’s policy on “Offensive and Controversial Materials”:
Amazon does not allow products that promote, incite or glorify hatred, violence, racial, sexual or religious intolerance or promote organizations with such views. We’ll also remove listings that graphically portray violence or victims of violence.

By Amazon’s own definition, the “Blue Lives Murder” products being sold on Amazon appear to violate their seller’s policy on “Offensive and Controversial Materials.”
The products absolutely “glorify hatred” of police officers, and there is a strong argument that the products also incite violence.
While not surprising, Amazon’s lack of enforcement of this policy when it comes to radical left-wing ideologies is incredibly hypocritical. Amazon should remove these products from their website or issue a statement explaining why their policy does not apply to this hateful and vitriolic rhetoric targeting police officers.
As of this writing, numerous products emblazoned with the hateful “Blue Lives Murder” slogan are still available on Amazon despite the obvious violation of Amazon’s policies.

I’ve refused to use Amazon for years because of their policy of not standing behind their faulty merchandise. Now I continue to refuse to use them because Bezos has become a communist and his company has been forced to follow suit. If everyone would refuse to use the seditionist mother fu**ers, they would get the message quickly.
