New York, NY – Another frivolous political lawsuit from the Democrats. It is becoming pretty clear that the Democrats are getting desperate. After throwing everything AND the kitchen sink at President Trump for the last six years (this started before the 2016 election), they may still lose. So what are the Democrats up to this time?
Let’s recap recent lawsuits from the Democrats, namely Letitia James, the New York Attorney General. In all honesty, we hate giving her press because we know she is using her political office to grandstand and a springboard for higher office. However, her shenanigans make us pretty angry, and we think you will agree.
Here is a tale of the tape. James has sued to dissolve the NRA and called them a “Terrorist Organization”. Just a few days ago, she sued the Trump organization. She is on a fishing expedition with that one. Her buddies at the District Attorney’s office in New York City are suing for President Trump’s tax returns. For anyone who doesn’t think these lawsuits are politically motivated, we are happy to sell you a bridge that connects Manhattan to Brooklyn for real cheap.

Now James is suing to stop the “changes” being made to the U.S Postal Service. We wrote an article on how the U.S Postal Service has been in trouble for years. However, the Democrats are blaming Trump for its current woes, fighting the new leadership there, and the changes they are proposing and implementing. Dems are claiming that Trump is trying to rig the election – our fact-checkers find that to be FALSE!

New York State Attorney General Letitia James on Tuesday filed suit to block policy changes imposed by the U.S. Postal Service, which she says are clearly aimed at disrupting mail-in balloting in the November election.

James probably forgot from law school that it’s not the court’s job to make business decisions. Using the courts to interfere with operational decisions isn’t unprecedented, but it is pretty frivolous.

We’re glad her lawyers have so much free time to draft a sixty-four-page lawsuit. How many taxpayer dollars are being wasted here? Also, and it’s clear to us, James has NO CLUE about the Constitution. How can business decisions be unconstitutional here?
Then finally, James adds a bit of irony. More from Politico:
“These changes are a thinly veiled attempt to advance the president’s own political agenda,” James said in a conference call with reporters unveiling the lawsuit.

Yeah, whose political agenda is being advanced by all of these lawsuits James in filing going after the President, the Post Office, and the NRA? What’s sad but not surprising is liberal Politico buys right into James’ rhetoric and doesn’t question James’ political motivation.
This is why we need to dump the liberal media!
