Primadonna Athletes Go Beyond Kneeling During The National Anthem

These boycotts by overpaid athletes will lead to a bigger boycott…

Lake Buena Vista, FL – Primadonna athletes go beyond kneeling during the National Anthem. We think there has been enough “Black Lives Matter” awareness with all the protests, riots, violence, and looting. In professional sports, pushed by unemployed Quarterback Colin Kapernick, players and staff have chosen to kneel during the National Anthem. As sports returned from the COVID hiatus, athletes have taken more steps to bring “awareness” to their issues. At what point do we say, “enough is enough.”

If you haven’t taken our poll on this issue at our sister website, please do it by clicking here.

In this article, we are talking about the boycott of games and practices by professional sports athletes. Their justification is racial injustice, but much of what they are protesting are incidents that are few and far between. This boycott has extended to all big four pro sports (NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL), tennis, and some sport called soccer.

These overpaid athletes don’t understand that their income is based on people watching their games, the advertising revenue generated, merchandising, and individual deals for promotions (think Michael Jordan and Nike). If fans stop watching, buying tickets, and buying products pushed by these athletes, their monetary largesse will dry up. Most of these people probably can’t find a job outside of sports.

We are getting sick of these athletic entertainers, not realizing their role (We’ve covered this topic before). They are entertainers, and when they stop being entertaining, we stop watching. For conservatives who love America, these political statements by athletes are getting old. Much of what they protest is overblown, and we don’t look to them for political guidance. They don’t realize they have more than their view of self-importance.

When are we going to tune out and boycott these people? Many Americans have already. Maybe it’s time for all conservatives to develop their own “Cancel Culture” and cancel these athletes, speaking with their pocketbooks.

With games canceled because of the boycott, and with the NHL and NBA, these are high revenue playoff games. Probably higher revenue because of the COVID lockdown and citizens wanting to return to some normalcy. Where is the uproar from sponsors, advertisers, and team owners? This is serious lost revenue and breaches of contract.

We know the Cancel Culture of the left will cause trouble for anyone who doesn’t support these athletes and their liberal politics. However, owners and advertisers shouldn’t be scared; there are plenty of us in the silent majority of conservative willing to step up.

Of course, the left is supporting this stuff.

President Barack Obama tweeted: “I commend the players on the @Bucks for standing up for what they believe in, coaches like @DocRivers, and the @NBA and @WNBA for setting an example. It’s going to take all our institutions to stand up for our values.”

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden issued a statement Wednesday night, saying, “This moment demands moral leadership. And these players answered by standing up, speaking out, and using their platform for good. Now is not the time for silence.”

So if you’re with Obama and Biden on this, please read more of our articles. We’ll make a case for you to come to the side of conservative common sense.

These athletes are free to speak out on issues that concern them, this is America, and we will not limit their free speech. However, when they make statements by boycotting games and not performing their jobs, something has to be done. Where are the adults in this situation in professional sports?

We are boycotting all athletes and teams that promote these boycotts. However, we will support individual athletes that STAND FOR THE NATIONAL ANTHEM and stand up to these liberal politics. We did it here, and we will try to do an article and recognize players, owners, and staff that take a stand against liberals.

Will you join us in boycotting professional sports while recognizing the good guys?

  1. people with working brains need to stop being an athletic supporters ( sorry for the play on words). Most of those acting like petulant children have no idea about the real issues, are they just parroting what they are told to do, it is the only thing I can think of. To me it obvious they can not apply common sense or reason to any issue, they forget that 97% of them would be dead, or in prison if they did not learn how to play with a ball, balls, well some did die, and some went to prison foe being stupid. Very few ever set a good role model, most opined the thug life, sending the wrong message to those youth looking for confirmation on being a thug. The sad part is that the liberal/socialist elected, hollyweird, media support their stupid actions fueling the problem, and creating more situations to be reject by the public. So people stop being an athletic supporter, and boycott the teams, and products, make your displeasure know to business, and the team owners ( an other word that should give them pause)
