Washington, D.C. – Presidential candidate Joe Biden wants your guns, and his plan is a blatant violation of the Second Amendment.
Here are some of the most egregious ideas the floundering presidential candidate has for gun owners.
- Restrict purchases of firearms to one gun per month
- Ban so-called “assault weapons”
- Forced registration or “buybacks” of existing “assault weapons”
- Ban “high capacity” magazines
- Allow manufacturers to be held civilly liable for their products
- End online sales of firearms and ammunition
- Grants for states with licensing requirements for firearms ownership
- Prohibit certain Social Security recipients from owning firearms
- Confiscate firearms from “prohibited” parties
- Incentivize “red flag” gun confiscation
- Require fingerprint firing technology on all future firearm sales
- Storage requirements for firearms
Clearly, Biden wants to put a chokehold on the firearms market. Why else would he want to ban online sales? He also wants to hold manufacturers civilly liable for their products. This will surely strangle the market and ruin companies.
Not only does Biden want to require licenses to own firearms, but he wants to spend our tax dollars to do it. And that is not the only way Biden wants to waste tax dollars to violate the Constitution. He actually believes the government can forcibly “buy” citizen’s property with tax dollars collected from citizens.
Biden’s plan will not solve any “gun violence epidemic.” It is a major push to dismantle Second Amendment rights, and it singles out and criminalizes law-abiding citizens.
Biden might as well spit on the Constitution.
