The NCAA Just Realized Going Woke is Bad for Business

Oklahoma City, OK — The NCAA just realized that going woke is bad for business. Who would have thunk it?

Literally, every American with a shred of common sense knew it, but that didn’t stop the NCAA from threatening to pull events from states banning biological males from participating in women’s sports last month.

As it turns out, the NCAA stuck their foot in their mouth when they made that threat. Now, they are doing an about-face and allowing states like Alabama, Arkansas, and Tennessee (which all ban biological males from participating in women’s sports) to host tournaments.

According to Breitbart:

Over the weekend, the NCAA named Alabama, Arkansas, and Tennessee host schools for softball regionals. It has also been confirmed that Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, will host the Women’s College World Series once again. Though, all these states now have laws that put limits on transgender athletes, banning players born as males from playing in girls’ sports regardless of their claimed transition status.

This is fantastic news for the integrity of collegiate women’s athletics.

It’s no secret that biological males hold a natural advantage over biological females at the highest levels of athletics. States like Alabama, Arkansas, and Tennessee recognized this and passed laws to ensure women’s rights to fair competition.

Oklahoma City, which hosts the Women’s College World Series, generates around $20 million from the tournament. Moving the tournament would likely cost both OKC and the NCAA revenue considering states without bans on biological males participating in female sports still have strict mandates on gatherings due to COVID-19.

Though they will never admit it, the NCAA appears to be thinking with their pocketbook before dying on the woke hill of “transgender rights.”

  1. I guess I am not nearly as smart as some of these big companies, colleges and others. To me it seems counter intuitive to PissOff 80% of the Population to appease the other 20%. I haven’t watched any NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL in months and in many cases years so if they never played another game again it wouldn’t hurt my living conditions in the slightest. The very same goes to Big Companies; Way Back in April 23, 1985, Coke cam out with New Coke, I haven’t had a Coke since. Don’t waste you time writing comments about how stupid these people are just stop using or buying their products. The only thing that they truly understand is their bottom line, hit them where it hurts the most.
