Sacramento, CA – It is better to be a sex-offender in California. Gee, if anyone was wondering about the mass-population exodus out of California, here is a clue. Apparently, sex-offenders are more important than children and common sense. California is morally bankrupt, but we knew that.
So, having sex with a minor isn’t just immoral and illegal; it’s disgusting. We want our kids to be protected from predators. This is why these laws have been in place regarding sex offenders. However, California liberals want to change that.
We are dumbfounded that more legislators didn’t fight this. How did this pass? California is a lost cause, but even we are surprised by some of their antics.

A California bill that would remove a requirement for offenders to register as a sex offender after committing certain sex acts with minors within a 10-year age difference is set to go to Gov. Gavin Newsom’s desk after passing in both legislative houses.

A 10-year difference in age?!? That’s pretty crazy, even when they tightened up the age restrictions from 14 to 17. More from Fox News:
The bill, SB 145, applies in cases where the victim is between the ages of 14 and 17 and aims to lift an existing registration requirement for oral and anal sex. The state senate and assembly both voted to approve the bill on Tuesday despite Republican opposition in the Senate and bipartisan opposition in the assembly.

Even with bipartisan opposition, only in the State House of Representatives, this still passed both chambers. The big question is, why did zero Democrats oppose this in the State Senate? This is just disgusting.

“If signed into law, a 24-year-old could have sexual relations with a 15-year-old child without being required to register as a sex offender,” Senate Republican Leader Shannon Grove tweeted Tuesday.

Yeah, we don’t want someone in their mid-twenties having sex with our teenage kid. What happened to consenting adults? Can we believe that teenagers are capable of making adult decisions? It’s bad enough that Democrats want 16-year-olds to vote, but this is ridiculous.
It does get worse. The Homosexual lobby feels like this is a civil rights issue. Apparently, they want their sex to be counted as well. Really, these people just want to have sex with minors. From (ironically) California State Senator Weiner:
“This irrational discrimination on the sex offender registry was created when California banned LGBT sex,” Wiener said in a statement when a version of the bill passed the state senate in May 2019. “This distinction between vaginal intercourse and other forms of intercourse is a relic of California’s discriminatory past, and it’s time to bring an end to it.”

Are citizens not paying attention in California. How do these people get elected? We won’t be moving or traveling to California anytime soon. Neither should you.
