Washington, D.C. — President Joe Biden plans to announce executive orders on gun control tomorrow, according to a report based on “people familiar with the plan.”
Anti-gun activists reportedly anticipate Biden to take executive action on so-called “assault weapons” and “federal guidance” on how to store firearms at home.
Biden is also expected to nominate David Chipman as director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives on Thursday. Chipman is a former ATF agent who worked as a policy advisor for the anti-gun group Giffords.
While all of the aforementioned actions are bad, Biden is likely considering other executive actions.
After the Boulder King Soopers shooting, Biden demanded a so-called “assault weapons” ban, urging Congress to “immediately pass” the anti-gun legislation. A ban on “high capacity” magazines will likely go along with any ban on so-called “assault weapons.”
Anti-gun activists are also keen to see Biden implement an unconstitutional “Red Flag” law. These laws claim to protect people from doing harm to themselves or others, but in actuality, they infringe on a law-abiding citizen’s right to due process.
Because of the split (50-50) majority in the U.S. Senate, any anti-gun legislation will need ten Republicans to vote with Democrats to overcome a GOP filibuster. Biden’s policy advisers are, without a doubt, exploring all of their options to enact these egregious anti-gun laws by executive order.
Two anti-gun bills already passed the House but are currently entangled in the Senate.
Tomorrow, Biden will likely call for Republican support for these bills, as well as demand Congress pass all of the anti-gun laws mentioned above.

Nobody will comply with this coprolitic imbecile. Even if they have listed firearms, most have stored them in secure places known only to themselves. Those without firearms, e.g., myself, hope they’ll kick my door in, ransack my home and make my children wealthy. The only problem with this, with the Democrats in charge of Congress with the assistance of several RINOs, do you really think our justice system is alive and well. They will continue with their liberal behaviour to the point that anything they do to advance their benefit will be OK. Any laws broken will be covered by their
attorney’s that will decide to not prosecute because it was “In the Spirit of the Law” that they “Broke the Law to Protect the Public”. In other words, your (and mine) freedow, even though stepped upon, was for the overall benefit of America, i.e. their America. I can not agree with their idea of freedom. They will not be satisfied with anything that would stop them from gaining power and wealth and that would be, Americans with arms. If the left in any way or fashion tries to take people’s guns by force, outlaw certain guns etc, they in turn will be responsible for all bloodshed that happens, and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Same should go for anyone trying to enforce such a unconstitutional law as they themselves ( police and Military ) will be breaking their oath of office, to uphold the Constitution ( second Ammendment) of which would take a vote or ratification by 2/3 of the states to change. Any changes made to the Constitution with out going through the channels set forth in the Connstitution, is a unlawful act and should be counted as Treason and a declaration of war by those pushing the unlawful order !

If you review Reagan’s positions, well, he would never be considered a “conservative” today.
