Rep. Greene to File Articles of Impeachment on Biden Jan. 21

Washington, D.C. — Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) plans to file articles of impeachment against President-elect Joe Biden on Jan. 21.

That is Biden’s first full day in office.

The newly elected Rep. Greene tweeted, “I’m proud to be the voice of Republican voters who have been ignored.”

Now, Democrats will never let these articles of impeachment anywhere near the House floor for a vote. That would be political suicide. Impeachment is a political process, after all.

On top of this, Democrats are already scrambling to keep their gung-ho impeachment of President Donald Trump from consuming the early days of Biden’s presidency. The effort is already threatening to hamper Biden’s agenda when he takes office.

While it will not go anywhere (unless Democrats decide to abandon Biden for Vice President-elect Kamala Harris), Greene filing the articles of impeachment does make for interesting political theater.

It also points out the faults in the Democrats’ latest effort to ruin Trump. There were no hearings or investigations for impeachment round two – just accusations.

Grab the popcorn folks.

  1. Don’t stop there go after Kamala Harris also she also is a thief and a liar. And don’t stop there go after the Republicans and Democrats who have neglected their oath of office.
