Washington, DC – Kentucky vs. New York. No, this is not a legal case we are writing about; this is about Rand Paul, a physician and a U.S. Senator (R – Kentucky) calling out New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) about his handling of the COVID-19 in New York.
New York at one time was almost fifty percent of the COVID cases in the entire United States. Clearly, they were doing something wrong. The narrative from the lamestream media was that Cuomo was some hero for handling the crisis. Of course, they’ll lie for liberals while taking Republican Governors to task.
The gloves came off in this one. Let’s take a look at what Rand Paul said:
“I think Gov. Cuomo should be impeached … for the disastrous decision he made to send patients with coronavirus back to nursing homes. … Virtually half his people who died were in nursing homes,”

Wow, he is calling for Cuomo’s impeachment! This is a big deal, and Paul is right. Instead of forcing citizens to wear masks while shutting down businesses, Cuomo should have focused on taking care of the most vulnerable instead of creating a “Typhoid Mary” situation with catastrophic consequences.

Paul continued to outline what we have said about COVID’s math problem and asked whether you are part of the less than one percent who will have a deadly COVID infection.
Specifically, Paul said:
Commenting on recently reimposed restrictions in states that are seeing new COVID-19 spikes, Paul said individuals “need to assess their own risks with regard to the virus,” saying that for “those under 18, the risk of mortality is about one in a million or a little bit less. For those ages 18 to 45, it’s about 10 out of 100,000 for the mortality…”Under age 45, this disease we’re looking at is less dangerous than the seasonal flu. Above age 45, it’s more dangerous than the seasonal flu,” he said.

In recent history, we can’t remember when a U.S. Senator called for the impeachment of a sitting Governor over deadly policy decisions. This was under-reported because this would require parroting a licensed physician, credibly talking about the cost of COVID. Kentucky vs. New York.
