Washington, DC – Conservative Majority on The Supreme Court: two immigration cases to watch. With Amy Coney Barrett confirmed to the highest Court in the land, many cases take on a lot more importance. Two of the important cases deal with border security. However, if President Trump fails to win re-election, the cases may become moot.
Let’s jump right into what is at controversy in these cases. From AP News:
The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear two cases involving Trump administration policies at the U.S.-Mexico border: one about a policy that makes asylum-seekers wait in Mexico for U.S. court hearings and a second about the administration’s use of money to fund the border wall…The justices’ decision to hear the cases continues its practice of reviewing lower court rulings that have found President Donald Trump’s immigration policies illegal over the past four years.

The first case concerning asylum seekers makes sense. Why should we let anyone into this country until they’ve been vetted? Are they legitimate asylum seekers or just trying to immigrate? If they’re in U.S. Custody, awaiting a hearing, then they shouldn’t be in danger. However, Mexico has been a dangerous place for years.

In the border wall case, much of the money has already been spent and wall constructed. It is unclear what could be done about wall that has already been built if the administration loses, but it could conceivably be torn down. Biden has said he would cease wall construction if elected but would not tear down what was built under Trump’s watch.

Yeah, if Biden wants to destroy his blue-collar base, he can tear down the wall or stop construction. It is always very curious why the left wants to give up U.S. Sovereignty and control of our borders. This is probably because they hate America, plain and simple.

As we mentioned, these two cases could become moot. This means that there is no longer a controversy if Biden wins, and the Court will dismiss the cases. Mainly because he may change the policies before the Court hears them next year.

we are a sovereign nation, and as such no one enter this country with permission, that is our law(s), entering this country with out permission is tantamount to an invasion, and are subject to being stop by force if necessary. One of the tenements of our Constitutions actually guarantees is that our government is to protect us from invasion. We have over decades allowed these laws to be ignored, to the point no one enforces these laws, especially our immigration laws , this is one reasons why we are over run. We have allowed this country to be over run by people from other countries, with out any consequences of action. The methods of preventing an invasions is up to our government, with one of the better methods is to build a fence, along any of our borders the one that is crossed illegally, is our southern border most of the time. The border along us and Mexico is approx. 2000 miles long, but only may be 700 miles has a fence, the rest is either open, nothing there, or has a strand of wire, in some places there are ramps to jump the wire. If the government can not put forth the manpower to prevent invasion, then a substantial fence is the best option, to try and protect us from invasion. As for those who seek asylum, they need to apply at any of our consulates in many cities, start the legal process, which includes vetting, aka as verifying an actual need, not come here and disappear in to this country to not be found again. The political party who is all ways trying to circumvent out laws is the liberal/socialist party, formally known as democrats, many of who supported border security. The liberal/socialist intent is add to their base that generally pay little or no taxes, but receive the most benefits, at the expense of the real hard working Americans, while creating a large voting block beholding to their lawless ways.
