Washington, D.C. — President Joe Biden just insulted unvaccinated Americans — like that will change their mind about the COVID-19 vaccine.
“Will you require all federal employees to get vaccinated,” a reporter asked.
“That’s under consideration right now, but if you’re not vaccinated, you’re not nearly as smart as I thought you were,” Biden responded.
Watch Biden deliver this ignorant remark himself.
This shouldn’t come as a surprise. We all knew that this was the stance of Biden and his handlers.
We would have to value Biden’s opinion on vaccinations to be insulted, but there are problems with this statement.
Many of Biden’s supporters remain unvaccinated.
Minority communities, especially black communities, have some of the lowest vaccination rates across the country. Considering minority groups are a large voting block for Democrats, it seems pretty stupid for Biden to insult these communities.
Couple this statement with new mandates and guidance from the CDC saying even those who are vaccinated must wear a mask, and it looks like the Democrats behind those decisions don’t actually want people to go get a COVID-19 vaccine.
After all, why should someone opt to receive an experimental vaccine that does not have full FDA approval if they are still subject to mask mandates and potential business closures? People who are at lower risk of serious complications due to COVID-19 have little incentive to get the vaccine if power-hungry tyrants and unelected bureaucrats are still punishing them.
Biden’s statement is one more example of how he and his administration view the people who elected him. The people who do not fall in line with every demand and edict that Biden makes are stupid. Those people are the enemy, and they should be made to obey no matter what.
That is the driving thought process behind Biden’s latest statement.
So much for the unity that Biden promised when he was elected.
