Washington, D.C. — President Joe Biden said that no amendment [to the Constitution] is absolute while giving an address about executive orders on gun control.
Biden said, “No amendment to the Constitution is absolute,” after falsely claiming that the anti-gun laws he is demanding do not impinge on the Second Amendment. That is an outright lie.
The “Red Flag” regulations Biden directed the DOJ to explore infringe on not only the Second Amendment, but also the Fifth Amendment and 14th Amendment due to its lack of due process.
Biden falsely accused pro-gun Americans of making “phony arguments” when they claim these types of regulations infringe on constitutional rights. Biden and his Democrat cohorts will lie and say anything to advance their agenda, and the liberal media is complicit because they believe they are helping to write policy.
Our constitutional rights are more at risk than they ever were under Barack Obama.

That’s a lot of bs. In the beginning of our nation, citizens were allowed to own anything they needed for self defense because there was no standing army as we have now. People belonged to militias & trained for self defense of their communities. You can make a technical argument that an amendment to the constitution is not absolute. There is a process for amending or otherwise changing the constitution. But there is a process that is supposed to be followed. Biden is trying to circumvent that process by his executive orders. He should be taken to court for his unconstitutional executive orders.
Biden is an idiot, he signs anything placed in front of him. Did anyone notice when on his first day he was signing a bunch of papers in black folders that every page was blank? I wonder what will be written over his signature?

Nothing Biden says is absolute, he forgets what he says within seconds. I would opine that any good Constitutional lawyer could lay waste to Biden’s Executive Orders as there is in law, when it comes to contracts, a requirement that the person signing is coherent, cognizant, and fully able to understand what he/she is signing, and it shouldn’t take much to prove Biden is none of the above.
