Atlanta, GA — The so-called “Republican” Lincoln Project reported a last-minute spending blitz to elect progressive Democrat Raphael Warnock in the Georgia runoff.
In their end year report to the Federal Election Commission, the anti-President Trump “Republican” Lincoln Project reported that they aren’t done attacking conservative candidates and supporting Democrats.
From the election until Dec. 31, they spent $116,000 trying to help Democrats flip the Senate. The Lincoln Project spent $29,056 supporting Democrat Raphael Warnock and $87,169 opposing incumbent Republican Kelly Loeffler.
In addition, they’ve spent thousands of dollars targeting conservative candidates like Senators Rand Paul and Ted Cruz.

This most recent report only further cements the long-held criticism that the Lincoln Project is just a front group for the Democrat party to push progressive politics in districts where Trump polls poorly.
In fact, they were recently attacked by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for not helping Democrats win enough seats in 2020.
Ironically, Facebook removed an ad posted by The Lincoln Project for violating its policies https://www.newsweek.com/lincoln-project-georgia-runoff-ad-removed-facebook-over-claims-ex-trump-lawyers-1559024 on Monday before the election. About two weeks before, Lincoln Project founder Steve Schmidt announced he changed his voter registration to Democrat.
As of 7:31 pm on Jan. 5, both Democrats Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff lead Loeffler and Republican incumbent David Perdue.
It is unclear if the election will be called tonight, or later in the week.
