Frankfort, KY – Kentuckians overwhelmingly voted for President Donald Trump, and Governor Andy Beshear put the entire state in timeout.
Beshear announced a slew of new restrictions on the Bluegrass State on Wednesday.
All public and private k-12 schools are ordered to shut down in-person learning on Monday.
On Friday, bars and indoor dining services are ordered to shut down. Gyms and offices are being forced to reduce capacity to 33 percent.
The new restrictions also limit weddings and funerals to 25 people. Indoor gatherings are limited to two families and a total of eight people.
Beshear all but demanded houses of worship close as well.
Restrictions last until Dec. 13, although Beshear can mandate an extension by executive order at any time.
Beshear’s grand solution to the impending economic damage is to cut those businesses a check. Of course, that check comes out of taxpayer’s pockets, who will soon be out of a job despite the handout.
According to this restaurant owner, Beshear’s handout will cost his restaurant numerous jobs.
But Anoosh Shariat,owner of Anoosh Bistro and Noosh Nosh, said that $10,000 barely covers payroll for one week for one of his restaurants. Going back to only takeout means going from 10 cooks at Noosh Nosh to two.

So, Beshear’s plan will cost eight out of ten people their cooking positions at one restaurant. Just imagine the impact this will have on one city, let alone the entire state.
Nothing about this plan is sustainable.
Not only will Kentucky’s unemployment rate rise again, but so will the mental health issues that arise from increased unemployment and students missing in-person learning.
At least parents who are laid off will not have to find a way to pay for child-care, right?
Beshear is making a 180-degree policy change with this new lockdown. Just three weeks ago, the Democrat governor said more mandates are not the answer.
However, Beshear renewed his mask mandate only a week after that statement. Now, he is shutting down jobs.
Despite Kentuckians voting overwhelmingly for Trump’s policies over Biden’s proposed shutdowns, comrade Beshear put the entire state in timeout.

More so than ever the liberal/socialist, are adapting more socialist mandates, rules. They are in lock step across this country to force the public to comply or else, what does that remind those who have seen this before, know world history, a clue 1930’s germany, italy, spain, russia, china. The new indoctrination of sheeple, comply or else, when will the liberal/socialist states, cities, county, towns, send out their storm troopers? There seem to be no understanding of what this is doing to small business, forcing them out of business. There is no understanding about what this is doing to peoples lives, families, mental health. To the now socialist regimes, governments , it is about their control over people, to a point sheeple will only look to the socialist governments for guidance, relief, the hallmark of socialism. The carrot these liberal/socialist put out there is a hand out from the government, which is the forced, collected tax dollars the real tax payer has paid, while their base pays little or no taxes, again abusing those who actually pay taxes. This just an other part of socialist control. The question in my mind who will be paying taxes, if people, business have no work, no income to support this over bearing government payouts, an other clue, those who are still working will be forced to pay more, more taxes to be miss managed by the liberal/socialist, as they have done for over 7 decades.
