Harrisburg, PA – The Department of Justice (DOJ) is investigating voter fraud claims in both Pennsylvania and Nevada, according to a memo from Attorney General William Barr.
Barr made it clear there are requirements for opening these investigations.
The claims must be credible. Also, any credible claims must potentially impact the outcome of a federal election if an investigation is opened before the state certifies votes.

Both President Donald Trump and the GOP are making claims about voter fraud across the country.
Now, it is unlikely that voter fraud changed the outcome of the election. That said, it is not out of the realm of possibility.
Regardless of the election outcome, every American should come together to support election integrity in the United States.
We should only count votes that are legally cast. This is not a controversial statement.
If an investigation is necessary to confirm only legal votes were cast in key swing states during the 2020 presidential election, then that investigation should be supported by everyone.
Democrats pursued a years-long witch hunt into alleged collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign. It turned up nothing on Trump or his campaign.
Anybody opposing these investigations is a hypocrite.
